Elite 100 Network - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership in the Elite 100 Network ("Club"), a private membership service created exclusively for high-net-worth business owners. By enrolling as a member, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as any additional guidelines and requirements provided by the Club.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership in the Elite 100 Network is strictly by invitation and is limited to individuals and businesses meeting specific criteria as determined by the Club. The Club reserves the right to approve or deny membership applications based on discretion and eligibility.

3. Membership Benefits

As a member of the Elite 100 Network, you will have access to exclusive opportunities, including:

Networking with Influence: Engage with leaders at our members-only events, offering potential for strategic growth.

Exclusive Opportunities: Access unique property and investment prospects.

Bi Monthly meetings: Participate in curated bi monthly events designed to foster high-value connections.

Exclusive Prices: Enjoy additional members-only rates on luxury experiences, including Super Yacht gatherings, red carpet events, VIP access to sporting and cultural events, and luxury travel.

4. Fees and Payment

Membership fees are set at the beginning of each membership term. Fees are non-refundable, except in cases outlined within these Terms or as required by law. Members agree to adhere to the payment terms provided at the time of joining and must make payments on time to retain access to membership benefits.

5. Term and Renewal

Membership is for a specified term and may be renewed at the discretion of the Club. Renewal terms, fees, and membership benefits are subject to change, and the Club will provide notice to members of any changes to the renewal terms.

6. Cooling-Off Period

Members are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of the membership agreement. During this period, members may cancel their membership for a full refund of fees paid. To cancel, members must notify the Club in writing within the 14-day period. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation notice.

7. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to uphold the values and standards of the Elite 100 Network. This includes respecting the privacy and confidentiality of other members, conducting oneself with professionalism and discretion, and adhering to any additional guidelines provided for events or Club activities. Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

8. Use of Membership Benefits

Membership benefits are non-transferable and intended solely for the member’s use. Members agree not to share, resell, or otherwise allow unauthorized access to membership privileges, events, or services.

9. Confidentiality

Due to the private nature of the Elite 100 Network, members agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information related to Club events, members, and opportunities. Sharing information about the Club or its members on social media or other public forums is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Elite 100 Network is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from membership in the Club, participation in Club events, or use of membership benefits. Members participate at their own risk, and the Club provides no guarantees regarding the outcomes or benefits of membership.

Whilst elite 100 network undertake screening for members the club is not liable for any business transactions between members nor do we give any financial advice. Any transactions between members, members are required to conduct their own due diligence.

11. Termination of Membership

The Elite 100 Network reserves the right to terminate membership at its discretion for violations of these Terms or any other conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful to the Club's mission. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

12. Amendments to Terms

The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of changes, and continued participation in the Club constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Elite 100 Network operates.
